- Courses: Online courses are generally non-refundable once you have downloaded the material. If you are having technical problems, contact us using our enquiry form. Face-to-faces courses may be cancelled without charge up to one month before the event. A 50% refund is available up to two weeks before. No refund is possible within two weeks of a course since we will have made financial committments with the venue. However, you may substitute a different attendee at any time. Note that we occasionally have to cancel courses. We will give you at least one month's notice and will provide a full refund. However, we are not liable for any travel or other expenses you may incur so please do not make non-refundable travel arrangements earlier than one month from an event.
Software and Other Downloads: Our SynCaps card sorting analysis software runs in free trial mode until it is licensed. Please install and use the software in trial mode before making a purchase. If problems arise, please use our enquiry form. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will provide a refund of the purchase price but are not liable for any consequential loses. As with all software, you use it at your own risk.
- Products: If for any reason a product we supply is not satisfactory, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days (this does not affect your rights concerning faulty goods).
In all cases we endeavour to process refunds within 5 working days.
For UK deliveries we use a variety of next-working-day tracked services for orders received by 13:00. (Orders received after 13:00 will be dispatched the day following.) Deliveries to Europe generally take 3-5 working days - these are also tracked services.
Delivery charges vary according to weight and destination. You will be advised of delivery charges during checkout.
