User Experience and Development Team Profiling

Our ground-breaking User Experience and Development Team Profiling helps team members understand how they can most effectively interact with their colleagues to produce user-centred designs and great user experiences.

We combine personality type profiling (Myers-Briggs Type Indicators or MBTI) with  empathizing-systemizing theory to give individuals and teams insights into the preferences which influence

• gathering of information,
• decision-making,
• problem-solving and
• communicating in the team.

A tailored one-day workshop (where individual profiling results need not be disclosed) can then address key findings and enable teams to understand their strengths and how to work together to get the best possible outcomes for the design and development of web sites, intranets and other interactive solutions.

The profiling and team days are conducted by Syntagm's two Principal Consultants -

• William Hudson, who has a background in software engineering and psychological research methods, and
• Valerie Fawcett, an experienced performance development consultant with a background in psychology and MBTI.
