Tutor BackgroundWilliam Hudson has over 30 years experience in the development of interactive systems. He has contributed material on user-centred design and user interface design to the Rational Unified Process and to Object Modeling and User Interface Design (van Harmelen, 2001). He writes regularly for the SIGCHI Bulletin and interactions magazine. He is also the head of design evaluations for the Intranet Benchmarking Forum and has conducted design and usability reviews of many of the UK's largest intranets. William has presented papers, talks and tutorials at the UK UPA, British HCI Group conferences, CHI conferences and OOPSLA. CostsAs an in-house course the cost is £1800 (plus traveling expenses) for a maximum of 15 participants. This makes it very cost-effective for groups from about 5 participants. (Note that the charge is for the course, not per participant). Printed handouts are charged at £6 per participant (plus shipping). VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.
