Achieving peak performance without stress

Superworking is based on well validated research into brain behaviour and stress-hardy high achievers. It provides practical strategies to enable senior and middle managers and CEOs to reach peak performance on a regular basis with less stress, improved creativity and focus.

The course takes place on one day a week for four weeks, so participants are able to put their learning into practice and experience progress during the course.  In our experience this is the best way to achieve lasting effects.

A highly successful course developed in Australia, Superworking is now available in the UK from a few selected consultants trained by developer Susanne Rix.

Others who have experienced Superworking in the UK say:

“It is impossible to overestimate the contribution this course will have in my near and long-term life goals and work-life direction.”
Mike Vallance, Asset Management Product Director, Barclays Business Banking

"This was a superb course, extremely well presented by an obviously kowledgeable and committed presenter.  I am as a result more aware of how I can utilise Superworking tools that not only makes work easier but more productive and positive."  Jim Roy, Safety Risk Manager, Oxford Radcliffe NHS Trust

“This course has equipped me to better manage both my personal and professional life. You have to try it to believe it!”
Brendan McNelis, Project Manager, BBC.

The results have been remarkable...I am more efficient, less anxious and better able to cope with the pressures and strains that we each face on a daily basis.  This isn't just my perception - many people have commented on the changes since the course finished in July".

Liz Reed, Personnel and Training Officer, Warwick District Council

Superworking can be run as an in-house course for a minimum of 10, maximum 16 participants.
