Next Available

We do not have any public dates planned for this course at present, but let us know if you'd like to run it in-house. Alterhatively, we cover similar material in our Guerrilla UCD series of webinars (nos 12-15 in particular).

Overview

Personas are a valuable tool in the design of interactive systems since they promote empathy and provide a user-centred focus.

This two-day course is a hands-on workshop that takes participants through the research and development of personas, relating them to user stories, scenarios, sketches and prototypes. The emphasis is on making personas the focal point of design.

This is a new workshop that builds on our Agile UCD course although the latter is not a prerequisite.

(We also have a one-day course that covers many of the same topics including use cases, user stories, personas and scenarios. It is not a hands-on workshop, however and is intended for a more general audience including developers. See Agile Requirements.)
